Refund & Return Policy

If we cannot issue your International Driving Permit — for example because your license cannot be verified — you receive a full refund.

Cancel before your documents are produced and you are refunded in full. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Once a digital permit has been issued and delivered it cannot be returned. Printing and shipping costs of a dispatched booklet are non-refundable.

Email contact@e-idp.agency with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
